Destroying my country, dividing it, raising crime rate until to 14000+ murders a year (official numbers given last week by the minister of interior and justice), only worrying about insecurity when elections are coming, being on TV every weekend for six hours, informing people he “caused” an internal crisis in the national state company, only to then fire a lot of workers and dissolve the one court (First Court of Administrative Law, now extinct) that tried to protect their union rights, having people incarcerated merely because he commanded it on television (Judge Afiuni) thoroughly ignoring the separation of public power, putting said judge in a prison surrounded by criminals she’d tried (thus endangering her life), and then denying them benefits when they start to suffer cancer, while simultaneously going on unauthorized little trips to Cuba to get treatment for HIS cancer, which also happens to be on the country that we’ve been giving our oil to at incredibly low prices in exchange for supposed medical aid that has turned out to be bogus and actually only brought the infiltration of foreign forces into our armies, which most people don’t notice because they’re worried about the weekly (or daily) power outages that we had to suffer, all of that compounded with a history of human right violations (Fuerte Mara, incarceration of political prisoners in Tachira state, horrid repression of protests including arresting college students, having reporters shot point blank at the knee?)

Oh yeah, then, he’s doing a perfect job.

That’s why I LEFT Venezuela. Because things were SO perfect there, I couldn’t stand it. It was SO MUCH FUN not finding cooking oil or milk at the grocery stores, or having to fear for my life every time I went out.

Just wonderful.

You know, I briefly considered opening Photoshop to paste the face of another dictator associated with atrocities and human rights violations, but then I realized that I’d be invoking Godwin’s Law. So I’ll save that for another day, and possible another tumblr called trollololol.

Y’know, it’d be awesome if things like breast feeding weren’t so contentious? You know what would be fucking EPIC? People not squeeing over sacks of human feces because they can’t be bothered to maybe make sure they aren’t one of the world’s top contenders for human rights violations. Jes sayin’.
